Let’s make this an exciting and prosperous New Year for all!

This is a reminder to all designers who need to decorate or drop off design items. Sunday is the day to trim the trees!

Large tree and Vignette designers may come to decorate their items from 10am – 8pm.

All other design items may be dropped off at The Carolina Hotel exhibit hall (The Carolina Hall) between 1pm and 6pm.

If you have large items, please enter from the back of the hotel and check in at the security gate. There are signs directing “designers”. You may unload items by the loading dock, but must move your vehicle immediately to a lined parking space on the other side of the fence. Thank you for helping us keep the fire zone clear.

People have been calling from all over NC and some from as far away as GA about this year’s Festival of Trees! We are in many publications, which is causing our phones to ring off the hook!

Thank you for giving so much to help the children. See you on Sunday!
